Role Overview

Help improve next generation AI systems by applying analytical judgment to high quality data reviews and evaluations. This remote, US based contract role focuses on assessing real world data and task outputs so AI models can learn, reason, and perform more effectively. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review datasets and detailed task outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, and outputs that do not follow provided instructions.
• Apply structured rubrics and evaluation criteria consistently across large datasets.
• Use sound judgment and document rationale when guidance is unclear.
• Escalate recurring data issues and patterns for further analysis.
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback that identifies issues and suggests resolution paths.
• Maintain close attention to detail while completing high volume, repetitive review assignments.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 or more years of experience in data review, data quality, quality assurance, or analytical roles.
• Experience reviewing, validating, and critiquing data or deliverables against explicit criteria.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and accurately apply complex evaluation rubrics.
• Comfort making justifiable decisions when guidelines are incomplete or ambiguous.
• Strong data analysis, data review, error spotting, and attention to detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and providing feedback.
• Working fluency with spreadsheets, including sorting, filtering, and simple formulas. SQL or hands on data querying experience is a plus.
• Experience with data annotation, labeling, or rubric based evaluation is advantageous.

Work Terms

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Remote role open to candidates based in the United States.

Compensation

$30 to $60 per hour.
