Designing and optimizing enterprise voice infrastructure, the remote Cisco Voice Infrastructure Engineer will implement and maintain systems supporting a large-scale contact-center environment on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Design, support, and document Cisco voice architecture, ensuring resilient SIP and PSTN connectivity Configure and maintain CUCM, CUBE, voice gateways, and related components for optimal performance Troubleshoot complex voice issues and analyze SIP traces to resolve production incidents effectively Required qualifications Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and voice gateways Deep technical understanding of SIP, RTP, PSTN, and Dial plans Strong knowledge of network protocols, including QoS, DNS, TCP/IP, and TLS/SRTP Experience with network troubleshooting and packet-analysis tools, such as Wireshark
