Improve and integrate core systems and workflows across field service, parts inventory, rental, finance, and mobile operations.
  • Strengthen data, security, and IT leadership. Establish data and reporting standards, expand analytics and automation, and oversee cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity. Develop the IT team and partner with business leaders to keep systems reliable and aligned with operational needs.
